Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
At 2105change.com, we take great care to ensure that each item meets our quality standards. All products are produced on demand and thoroughly inspected before shipping. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Print-on-Demand Production
1.1. As all artworks and prints are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
1.2. Please double-check your selections (product type, size, orientation, and shipping address) before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
2.1. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
2.2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the problem.
2.3. If the damage or error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
2.4. In case of damaged or defective artworks, the customer must send photographs of the damage to [email protected]. The damaged artwork along with its certificate of authenticity must be returned to: Acme Digital, Klecinska 182, 54-412 Wroclaw, Poland. Only after we receive the returned item with its matching certificate, we will send a replacement copy with the same edition number and certificate.
2.5. In such cases, we will cover the cost of reshipping and reimburse the customer for the return shipping expenses.
2.6. In exceptional cases, we may approve a refund for the purchased artwork. However, we reserve the right to determine the validity of the refund request.
3. Lost Shipments
3.1. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with our shipping providers to resolve the issue.
3.2. Lost shipments will either be replaced or refunded, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Processing
4.1. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4.2. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. EU Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Our print-on-demand products fall under this category.
6. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, consumers may submit complaints regarding online purchases through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

We are not obliged to participate in such procedures, but we are open to resolving any disputes amicably.
